Sealed or electronic bids will be received by the Board of Supervisors of Oktibbeha County, Mississippi at the Oktibbeha County Court House, 108 East Main Street Starkville, Mississippi 39759 until 10:00 A.M. Tuesday, June 28th for District 5 2022 Road Improvements, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud.

Items of work include roadbed reclamation, base repair, edge repair, leveling, double bituminous surface treatment, pipe replacement, and striping on approximately 7.04 miles of existing roadway(s).
Proposals shall be good for a period of 45 day from date of signing.

Plans and specifications are being made available via paper or digital copy. Plan Holders are required to log‐in or register for an account to view or order bid documents at www.pritchardengineeringplans.com. Bid documents
are non‐refundable and must be purchased through the website.

sets of drawings of project manuals will be issued.
Proposal shall be submitted on Bid Forms provided with the specifications. Bids may be submitted in person, or for those interested, bids can be electronically submitted at www.pritchardengineeringplans.com under the project page. No oral, telegraphic, telephonic, or e‐mail proposals will be considered. For sealed bids, the current Certificate of Responsibility Number of the bidder shall appear on the outside of each sealed envelope containing a proposal, said envelope being plainly marked Bid for District 5 2022 Road Improvements. If submitting electronically, please include this information on a cover page with your bid submission. Each Bid must be accompanied by a bid bond/security deposit or certified check in an amount equal to 5% of the
bid, payable to Oktibbeha County as bid security. In the event that an electronic bid is submitted, a copy of the bid bond must be included with the submission. If submitting electronically, a hard copy of all bid documents must be provided within 3 business days if requested after the bid opening.
A performance bond and payment bond in the amount of 100% of the accepted bid along with a certificate of insurance with the limits depicted by the proposal is required. Upon review and acceptance, award of the Proposal will be by an executed Board Order of Oktibbeha County authorizing the work to be performed.
